so many awesome etsy planner sticker shops were featured in the november “very vintage” planner girl provisions box! here’s a closer look at each of them for your viewing and shopping pleasure.
with thanksgiving around the corner, november reminds us to give thanks for all that we have to be grateful for. that’s why this month’s planner girl provisions box came with this super pretty gratitude log. to fit the box’s “very vintage” theme, of course, we adapted a popular bullet journal spread with a vintage record motif so you could track your “grateful hits” all month long.
how to fill in your gratitude log
if you’re not familiar with this particular bullet journal layout, here’s how it works:
1. list the days of the month in the boxes of the inner circle.
in a clockwise direction, number the boxes of the innermost circle from 1 to 30 for each day in november. there are 31 boxes total, so you’ll have one extra box this month. if you use this gratitude log for december, you’ll have exactly 31 boxes for each day of the month.
2. list the day of the week in the boxes of the outer circle.
in the next concentric circle, write in the first letter of the weekday next to the corresponding date. m is for monday, t is for tuesday, and so on. does anybody else use r for thursday? ucla did this on academic calendars and class schedules back in my college days. so it just kind of stuck with me!
3. list one thing you are grateful for each day.
fill in the large spaces with a daily gratitude. it can be anything–big or small. for instance, the 6th was my mom’s birthday, so i was feeling especially grateful for her. that’s a pretty major one. a couple days before that, my husband and i saw a screening of willy wonka and the chocolate factory with live celebrity performances at the hollywood bowl. so on that night i felt immensely lucky to be living in los angeles and having world-famous, tourist-magnet venues at my disposal on a casual saturday night.

who is ready to bust out with some fall stickers!?
this planner girl provisions theme reveal is coming a bit late–i apologize. in fact, september boxes have already sold out! eek! read on to see what this month’s themed box has in store.
first, a shipping reminder for subscribers
if you’re a PGP subscriber, you probably already know that boxes ship out at the end of each month. this means we’re about a week away from shipping. so the countdown for your august box is on!
this month is DIFFERENT from last month
last month’s box was one of my faves. i know, i probably say that about every box! july was a full-blown in your face summer celebration. so, because balance is important, this month’s box tones it down a bit. but just a bit! here’s what i mean:
and the august box theme is…STAY GOLD. is anything more timeless and classy than black and white with gold accents? and the gold foil and glitter accents are so fun, adding just the right amount of balance.
and here’s another thing. i hope the “stay gold” box brings out the fabulous #bossbabe in you. whether that means saving up for a vacation, knocking out goals left and right, or remembering to #treatyoself. that means you’ll find some inspiring and functional goodies for you in the box as well to help you get there!
want in? here’s where to sign up!
head over to the planner girl provisions website stat to sign up for your box. if the august box has sold out already, you can sign up to get the sweet #plannergirl essentials starter box this month and be guaranteed themed boxes for the remainder of your subscription.

i made a super easy shaker card using only supplies from the planner girl provisions july box. i’ll admit, i usually get crafty around the holidays only. but sometimes if the supplies are cute enough, they just call my name.
and for this shaker card, i found everything i needed (other than scissors and glue) in the planner girl provisions “endless summer” box.
first, an update on the july planner girl provisions box.
before we get to the july theme, here’s a shipping update.
june is almost over and i am knee deep in washi tape and ball point pens! this can only mean one thing in subscription box land. july boxes are being packed up as we speak! they’ll be shipped out by the end of the week.
so what’s the july theme?
here’s a giant (and i think beautiful) hint:
on-trend summer icons can only mean one thing. the july theme is ENDLESS SUMMER! bright pinks and yellows with gorgeous black and white accents and accessories to help you mix and match your planner decor.
and look. if color freaks you out, don’t worry. the august box will have a sleek and way more subtle charm that is equally beautiful. let’s just say i’m super excited about the next few months!
if you want more sneak peeks of the july theme, check my instagram feed. because flamingos and pineapples and summer florals have pretty much taken over!
and let me know when your box arrives!
leave me a comment when you get your subscription box! or post on the planner girl provisions facebook page. or tag @happysannie on instagram when you post a pic!
